This record is for the narrow treatment of Astragalus allochrous, following FNA (vol. 11, 2023) and Kartesz (1994), that does not include A. allochrous var. playanus (which is instead included in A. wootonii). This concept is equivalent to A. allochrous var. allochrous of Kartesz (1999).
